Book Your Stay

1. No pets are allowed inside the house or on the property, due to space limitations and potential damage. 2. No parties or events without prior approval from the host. 3. No smoking or vaping inside the house, including electronic cigarettes. 4. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors and other guests. 5. Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 NN. Different times may be accommodated only with prior approval — please inform us at least 1 day in advance. 6. Maximum occupancy per listing: + 1-Bedroom — up to 7 guests + 2-Bedroom — up to 11 guests + 3-Bedroom / Whole House — up to 15 guests. The rate already includes 5 / 9 / 13 guests respectively. Each additional guest beyond what's included is charged extra per night, per person (up to the maximum). No guests or visitors beyond the maximum are allowed without approval from the Host. 7. Please leave the house in the same condition as when you arrived, including washing the dishes and taking out the trash. 8. After check-out, our caretaker will inspect the entire house for forgotten belongings and for any damage. Any damage or missing items are the guest's responsibility, and the guest will be liable for the cost of repair or replacement. 9. No candles, incense, or open flames inside the house. No cooking with strong-smelling ingredients, and no parties or events without prior approval. 10. Please TURN OFF THE AIR CONDITIONING when not in use or when leaving. Additional charges may apply for not following this rule. 11. Please keep the walls and murals as they are. Do not write on or mark the walls, ADDITIONAL FEES may be incurred for any damage.
