House Rules

1. No Pets 2. No parties or events without prior approval from the host. 3. No smoking or vaping 4. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am 5. Check-in is at 2pm and check-out is at 12pm 6. The listing accommodates up to 5 guests and the rate includes 3 guests. Additional guests are charged extra per night. 7. Guests are expected to leave the house in the same condition as when they arrived, including cleaning dishes and taking out the trash. 8. Guests are responsible for any damages and missing items 9. Prohibited activities: use of candles, incense, open flames, cooking strong-smelling foods, and hosting parties/events without prior host approval. 10. Please TURN OFF THE AIR CONDITIONING when not in use or when you're on your way out. Additional charges may be added for not following this rule. 11. Rebooking policy: + One-time rebooking free if 14+ days before original check-in date. + For 7-13 days before the original check-in date, 50% penalty per night. + No rebooking <7 days.
